国際標準化機構（ISO）は、品質管理基準の認定を与える国際的に認知された団体です。我々の品質とサービス向上への取り組みが認められて、品質管理達成を認証するマークが与えられています。
ISO 9001の品質管理システム認定には、サービスと品質の改善や、顧客満足度の増加を含む数多くの利点があります。
当校では学生のために、サービスや品質基準を改善する取り組みの一環として、2006年にISO認定取得に乗り出しました。

また当校は、学生の奨学金を管理するスウェーデンの機関CSNによっても認定されています。

The International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) is an internationally recognised body that certifies the standards of a performance. Its certificate is a mark of achievement in quality management validating our commitment to quality and improvement of services.
There are numerous benefits associated with a certified ISO 9001 management system, including improved service and quality, and increased customer satisfaction levels. We started our accreditation journey in 2006, as part of our commitment to improve services and standards to students.

  CSN STUDY GRANTS
Our school is accredited by the CSN, the Swedish authority that manages students' scholarships.

     
Thanks to the accreditation by the Lombardy Region, Accademia di Italiano can offer courses financed by the European Community.
